Quality cut
Am a bit late with my review but I have to say I love the quality of beef here! Have used HE brisket for both stews and salt beef and both times the flavour of the beef was beautiful! Only reason for not 5 stars is because I do like a flat brisket with even thick fat ideal for slow cooking.
